Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Damaged, altered, or used items may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
Initiate a Return: Email our team at support@sd-eshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Shipping:
You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refunds
Processing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified via email.
Approved Refunds: Credits are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Granted if items are not in original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts) due to customer handling.
Exchanges
Need the same item replaced? Contact support@sd-eshop.com. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

Photos of the damaged/defective item
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post).

Return Shipping Address
Ship returns to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send items to the manufacturer.
